Looks Good. Fits Nice
The shirt looks good and fits nicely. It is just slightly flared at hips, moving with you while working. The shirttail is long enough to tuck in well without being too thick around waist. Sleeves could be just a bit looser in elbow area, but they roll up well. So far shirt has come out of the laundry looking nice, hold its shape well. Overall a good product.

Good quality for the price
First impression is that it’s a quality shirt. Bought it for our front of the house staff and they seemed to like it. Very hard to get them all to agree on uniforms so that was a big plus. They like the roll up sleeve buttons. Quality seems good for the price point. Will adjust review over time once we see how they hold up. Only down side right now is that it seems some sizes have more in stock than others. That’s a drawback when hiring new people and wanting them to match ASAP.

Wrinkle free
Bought this shirt for my daughter when she got a job and she needed a specific shirt to wear. This one is fabulous, wrinkle free and fit perfect!!

Just all wrong
Absolutely horrible. Sizes are completely wrong, really uncomfortable fabric..

Not great material
I ordered this for my job that requires a button up shirt. This was the best option I found online since I couldn’t find anything at the mall. I got it and while the sleeves fit great( my one concern) the entire shirt would not button. I carry all my weight in my stomach so it’s hard to find shirts that do fit properly. I got the XXL and it would not button. It’s very uncomfortable, almost feels like you are wearing a tablecloth. It’s completely polyester which is why it’s so uncomfortable. Luckily, returns are very easy.

Not the greatest material
I like the shirt. Just not for serving or hosting in a restaurant that is typically quite warm. If your restaurant stays cool, you will be fine. But it does not breathe or move like I need it to. I wouldn't say the material is thick, I would just say it isn't as flowy as I expected for the amount of movement that servers/hosts do. And the wrists are rather small when they are buttoned. If you roll them, they are a little tight on the elbows.
