Excellent product for the price! The set up was very easy and got it running quick. I love how it looks like a plant pot. It also has a pretty long adjustable light range which should give the herbs enough room to grow 🙂

I could not get any lights to come on or get the pump to work. Had some trouble contacting the seller, amazon took it back. Would not recommend.

Easy to use and set up.

Small, color is nice. Came with everything advertised. Very bright and quiet, so quiet in fact I’m not sure if the little filter motor is actually moving any water around. There is a lack of information on this issue. The buttons are not very sensitive, meaning it takes a few taps to get them to work. Seeds have on been in pods and water overnight, so nothing has sprouted yet. The different light modes are a nice feature. Would be nice if there was a separate power button. Time with tell if this inexpensive kitchen garden is worth the money. After the initial set up the garden seems easy enough. Okay quality. Great for herbs or teaching children to grow food. New to hydroponics, it’s a learning curve to get things right.

Nothing grows.

This is doing amazingly well to clone and start seeds in. This machine doesn’t have a pump like an Aerogarden. It simply circulates the water so it doesn’t get stagnant. Clones are great in it. Works great as a seed starter too. Just plant the sponge in soil when you see roots. Don’t let them get too long though.For cloning, slice the sponge open like a hot dog bun. Cutting goes inside and gets wedged in. This works for all small hydro units like this.
