These hot days require me to step up my hydration game. I love water, but sometimes I need a little extra kick of electrolytes and flavor. So when I came across these Hydra packets I wanted to give it a try. I love the convenience of the individual packets. Depending on how sweet you want this I'd recommend adding water accordingly. While I enjoyed the flavor I wanted it a little less sweet. The recommendation is at least a 16 oz bottle of water but I prefer the 24-30 oz range. I only wish there was a variety of flavors and I hope the company does add more flavors soon. I realize this is a new product so the passion fruit flavor is a great starting point. I even put a packet into a cup of plain Greek yogurt and mixed in some nuts and berries. I don't think it was intended to be used that way, but I don't care. I loved it! Now let's hope this new company gives us a few more flavor options. I'm just happy I get to carry packets in my purse or gym bag to have on hand when I need some electrolytes and extra vitamins. Nice job, Hydra!P.S. I can't believe someone actually took the time to go out of their way to complain about having a difficult time opening a packet and then wrote a very tiny final blurb, "The flavor out performs the other issues." Really?!! Having a hard day there, bub?

I really enjoy these electrolyte packets - in the middle of a heat wave, electrolytes are a NEED. Not to mention that these are more affordable than similar products, AND the NAD+ in each packet is super unique to the brand - I haven't seen other brands like it! The packets make it super convenient to take on the go, and they taste just like Lemon Lime! My one critique is that there is a super interesting smell, haha - almost like a sweet smell that throws me off a bit. But other than that the flavor is great! Highly recommend. :)

I had this with me for a trip to Hawaii with my daughter for a soccer tournament. It was so nice not to have to make a gas station stop for Gatorade. She could pour it in her water bottle whenever she needed it. When I got back home my son was sick from dehydration. So again, having hydra packets on hand was helpful and convenient. Without the added calories I also love using hydra to help stay hydrated.

I’m so happy I tried this product! The flavor was great but what really caught my eye was the ingredients. I’m big on hitting my essential vitamins daily and I love that this product had NAD+ in it!The packaging is also a plus because I can just grab one and throw it in my bag for the day! Great product!

I drank one during my leg day workout and felt so hydrated! What I love is they don’t use any of the bad fake sugars like sucralose, that so many other brands use. They use stevia and other natural ingredients. It mixed well and taste was a 9/10. Overall loving it!

I really enjoy these hydra packets! Usually I’ll drink one in the morning in a big water bottle and throughout the afternoon I feel a boost of energy…they taste really good too.Perfect for on the go! Especially during these summer months or a workout.

The taste is very pleasant I just started today so I hope all the other benefits will suffice as well.
