Fundamentals of Corporate Finance

I have purchased the textbook for my Corporate Finance class. It is in great condition. I have received the textbook within the date of arrival. The information written so far is helpful for my class and great ways of explaining the topics however there are times where the explanations are not as simple to learn as a novice to this class.

A good resource to study.

This was used for a Business Finance course and though it wasn't the most exciting read (I'd rather be reading fiction~ha!) it was written in a way that was easy to understand, even for beginners, and presented a thorough explanation of relevant finance topics in short chapters. There were also a number of "blurps" on the pages that gave experiences of real people and businesses, so you can get an idea of how topics are relevant in real world situations, often using major news stories in the last five-ten years that you've probably heard about.Not the most thrilling topic in the world, and you're likely reading only because you were assigned to read it, but it's not the most terrible text book in the world to read. There were parts I actually really found interesting, (learning about Starbucks, Apple, etc) and the information was easy to understand when put into a real world context, which the authors did a wonderful job of.

Ich studiere Corporate Finance an der Uni Köln und unser Professor nannte dieses Buch als Empfehlung. Ich habe es erst in der Bib ausgeliehen und wunderte mich nicht schlecht, als ich gesehen habe, dass der Prof seine Vorlesungen komplett nach dem Buch gestaltet !!! So musste ich das Buch nicht nur für 1 Monat haben (Leihdauer in der Bib), sondern für immer !!! Alles super erklärt, wie für Anfänger und wie in der Schule. Auf einmal ist so vieles klar geworden, was ich bis jetzt in der Vorlesung nur ansatzweise verstanden habe. Und besonders jetzt, wo bei uns alle fortgeschrittenen Fächer auf englisch gelesen werden.
