By user friendly, I mean easy to remove and cut strips, and easy to start a new strip if the tape if adhered to the roll. Not one of those where you have to scrape your finger to find the start and so on. I actually bought a second roll, I liked using it so much.

I live in a very drafty, old mobile home. I rent, so I needed a quick and easy way to insulate my home. The tape is sticky, yet very forgiving if you need to move it! Its on my window and it gets really hot and does not move!!! The quality is great and worth the money! My house is actually cold now when we turn on my AC. This coupled with window sealing plastic and I’m all set!!!!!

I used it to fill the gaps around my window screens.

My apartment is 12 years old and the double pane windows have seen their better days. The medal frame has small gaps that allow the winder cold to seep in the apartment and the heat in the apartment to seep out. In the summer all of your cooler air seeps out replaced by the hot air from outdoors. I ordered this tape as a stopgap to seal up all of my windows. The tape is easy to work with, all you need is a pair of scissors and patience. In less than 30 minutes I had sealed all 6 windows. The best part of all of my time is that since then I have been able to lower my thermostat and the heater doesn't come on quite as often as it used to. Chalk this one up for saving money on the old electric bill. And We All could use some savings on our electric bills, right!

We don't use this tape for window insulation. It's got so many uses for other things. Best of all, it doesn't leave a sticky adhesive residue!The attach picture is a shelter we made for a neighbor's outside cat. There is clear plastic that covers the metal window grids all the way around the kennel during winter. This tape helped secure the plastic in addition to these round sticky silicone dots we purchased on Amazon. This is tape we Always have on hand.

Used this to “seal” small gaps in the large windows of my apartment. Less than a week later, the tape has started to come undone. And before you ask, yes, I cleaned and made sure the windows and other surfaces were clean and dry as well.
