My mom has been using this chair for about three months now, and overall it's great! I took a risk buying it with so few reviews, but I have no real complaints and would buy it again.It's very well-built, and the seat is thickly padded and comfortable. She doesn't use it every day, but the battery life is great: we've only charged it twice since we've had it.I'm only 5'2, so it's definitely awkward to lift in and out of my truck by myself, but I can manage it on my own when I need to. It folds down easily, but I do wish there was a locking mechanism to keep it folded as you have to hold it just right to keep it from unfolding if you're picking it up/setting it down.The joystick is a little squirrelly, so I will sometimes walk beside her and operate it, especially if we're around a lot of people. It's a little heavy if you need to put it into manual mode and push, but it rolls very freely and maneuvers well. When in power mode it has plenty of oomph, and with the big tires it does great on uneven surfaces, dirt, grass, etc. It does have a little trouble in deep, loose gravel, but if you turn up the speed it gets along fine. We wanted to be able to take her to parks and outdoor events, and this chair has absolutely enabled us to do that again! We added a cupholder and clamp the Sport-Brella on the back to give her some shade, and she's set!

It is larger than I thought after folding it still too heavy for me to lift and put in car. But easy to get used to and even charge just plug it in and doesn’t take long to charge it. It has improved the quality of my husbands life by being able to get out and about even if just at home and outside.

A little risky to buy something only a few reviews, but it’s good. Very sturdy, maybe a little heavy for a petite woman. The control is very smooth and easy to use.

This wheelchair folds down and fits into my trunk. It handles relatively easy. It did take about two days to learn the controls. Definitely make sure you use the Velcro strap to keep it closed when folding to put in the trunk which they did provide. It made my vacation and our stay on the queen Mary so much Better for my entire family and myself. I highly recommend this product , if I could give it 10 stars I would customer service and customer support are amazing. They get right on it within 24 hours the issue I had was quickly resolved customer service was easy to deal with customer support gets 100. Stars thank you for helping improve the quality of my life, giving me back some mobility freedom.

I ordered this for my husband and couldn't be happier .He is able to go places unavailable before so has a little more independence.It's not the fancy glossy type ,its plain black, well built andpractical. He's happy and I am too , good choice !!

To big and heavy

My husband loves his new electric wheel and so do I! I can’t believe we waited 12 years to purchase one. It’s been a game changer for us when we’re out. He no like get has to rely on me to push him.This product was easy to assembly and is very user friendly. It folds up easilily and holds a charge well! The only challenge is that’s it’s a little on the heavy side but I can manage it.

Love my motorized wheelchair! Well built, easy to fold up, plenty of power. Comes with a storage bag, basket, and storage bag on the back of the seat. Very comfortable padded seat. It exceeded all of my expectations.
