The chair looks great as a cute little sitting area in my daughter’s bedroom. I can’t speak to how much filler is required. I purchased a 5ft bean bag chair second hand and used the memory foam filler from that to fill this. It was enough to fill 2 of these.I can say that the filling hole is small and it was a big mess but worth it for the result.

Now that I have received the tiniest box for a 3ft bean bag, I’ve seen that filler is not included. It is stated in the description, even a picture, but it was not clear to me and many other reviewers. I interpreted the “warning” image to say something about small pieces not safe for children/pets.. nope, I clearly didn’t read that. Disappointed. And even though I can now purchase filler, I do not have chairs by my desired date.Also, based on the other reviews, it seems to be a hassle to fill. Can’t wait.

I read a lot of reviews and expected it to take a while to fill. It was quite frustrating because the little styrofoam beads stick to you due to the static. Maybe the foam chunks would be better. We used our shop vac to suck the beads up and spray them into the bag. We had to remove the filter on our shopvac and it worked great! And took about 30min per chair. We used 3 of joes bag fillers and I would recommend 4.
