Derived from sunflowers which is the best form of lecithin, far superior to soy lecithin. I take this for nervous system health, as I don't eat enough lecithin in my diet, as I don't eat eggs. Lecithin is also good for liver health and breastfeeding.I recently had a micronutrient test and my lecithin levels were good, so I think these definitely do work.One star deducted for using gelatine in the capsule, would prefer vegetarian version.

I had recurring blocked milk duct and tried all kinds of ways to unblock them (e.g. hot shower, massage etc), none worked. I had to express c.1.5 hours each time trying to unblock them causing even more milk oversupply and more blockage. Then I came upon this product, took it three times a day initially for 3 days, saw improvement immediately on the same day I started the pills. Then reduced to two pills a day and now almost no blockage and each express session is back to normal at c20 minutes. A real life saver.

I ordered this product due to not being able to ingest Soya as it is an inflammatory to my auto immune condition only to discover that after purchase and reading the full ingredients these gelcaps are made from bovine gelatin which is also an inflammatory to MS so it is absolutely useless to me and has gone straight in the trash.
