Clean, but slightest damp and you have to reapply.

This stuff is great, it barely picks up any dust/debris off the road. In fact the other day I got caught out by some dusty road resurfacing, and even so this lube left my chain and cassette looking spotless.

Where I'm biking at the moment in Central Europe - really puts my Brompton Bike chain and gears through their paces. The air is very humid in summer, with strong sun and the excessive diesel fumes and smog really do a great job of clogging the mechanisms etc.But this is the best oil I have used - the inclusion of the black/UV light really isn't a gimmick. It's SO helpful to check if you have missed any spots etc. The ceramic oil is light but gives a good coverage - just ensure to shake well before applying. Follow the instructions clean with a clean cotton rag before applying, then wipe off and apply again. Leave for as long as possible 3-4 hours if you can. Really can't recommend this enough - have been using for several months and think it lasts well - the supplied UV light stops you wasting oil by needlessly applying to areas that you have already covered well, the scent is pleasant too - sort of bubblegum scented. 6 stars :-)

Good reliable product. Been using for a number of years now and have never been disappointed.

Thought I’d see if the YouTube test reviews were right about this lube. Had been using only solid wax but in winter with salt on the roads it didn’t work so well and I’d end up with rust on the links. So using this to supplement and extend the waxing intervals. It’s a bit messy, not as dry as I’d like. It does pick up grit, but it also cleans off with just a tooth brush and hot soapy water. So far it’s handled the trails and winter slop. So I’m going to continue to use.

Bought because it was on offer . Worked like normal lube does but I couldn’t see it with the black light thingy . I’m sure if I poured it on like I was a millionaire the black light thingy would work but I’m stingy .

Used this ceramic chain oil for my road bike, it’s easy to apply and keeps my chain lubricated nicely.

Been using this for a while. Got caught out in the rain, pretty much washed off entirely, but in general I’m a fair weather cyclist, and dry lube works perfectly for me. It lasts well, is easy to clean off and reapply, seems to attract less grime than a wet lube. Probably not for someone that cycles in all weather conditions though.

there seems to be so many of these products to chose from wet dry wax kind of confusing for the novice but anyhow I chose this dry lube and am very happy with it use sparingly does not drip all over went on well and does the job after applying just rotate the crank for a few minutes and bob's your uncle only downside for some maybe that you have to leave product to cure so you cannot so it says ride for 3 to 4 hours after but for myself I'm ok with that yes seems to be a great product.

Das Kettenöl wird nicht direkt schwarz und scheint nicht schlechter zu wirken als das von anderen Herstellern. Wie bereits erwähnt, riecht es auch noch gut und dieser Geruch bleibt auch, wenn er auch nachlässt.Mit dem Kettenreiniger von MucOff lässt sich der Antrieb auch problemlos und ohne zig Durchgänge augenscheinlich gut reinigen, was für mich bedeutet: weniger Pflegeaufwand = mehr fahren = mehr SpaßIch bin zufrieden.
