I am using the seat cushion in my car for last 4 days. I drive a car and I felt pain in my right leg while operation the break and accelerator pedals. There is remarkable relief after using this product. The small (1-2 mm approx) studs at the bottom side act as anti skid and the cushion does not slide on my leatherite car seat covers. The size is also appropriate for a person of height 5"5" to 5"10".It has a firm feel which is good for long drives. Those who want a soft sinking feel may not like the product.
