I have been using 4 Way for my nasal congestion every night for over 40 years. I don't believe this order was actually 4 Way: 1) the bottle tip is not domed, but pointed, much like Afrin and Equate, 2) 4 Way usually works instantly; this order (pack of 5) does not, and 3) 4 Way usually says "Made in Canada" on the bottle label; this order says "Made in Japan". It is too late for me to return this order for a full refund.
