Love This Eco Frienly Resin Alternative
I have been using this product over several months now to create a variety of eco resin crafts and I absolutely love it. It's non toxic and has no smell which means I can create in the comfort or my own living room. I have found that for me personally this is now my GO TO when creating unique eco resin cast art pieces. Thank you for such a great product!

Fun craft
It’s a fun craft to play with, and easy to figure out. You do need a food scale to measure ingredients, though, and make sure you’re in a well ventilated area, because this stuff is dusty. Fortunately since it’s water based it cleans up really easily. My first project broke trying to get it out of the mold, so I’d suggest leaving it in for longer than it suggests to make sure it hardens all the way. The other ones I did came out fine, but had quite a few bubbles along the top, which is annoying. I also tried to color the clay with resin dye, but it apparently needs a powder to work, because the liquid color did nothing. Too bad. Maybe I can paint my coasters to give them some life.

Large Quanity Allows for Many Castings
I am trying out several different brands of this type of casting material from Amazon. I like this because it allows for more work time than some other brands. It allows me to play around while I get the colors right. It mixes easily with no lumps and minimal air bubbles. It seems to require a little bit more time in the mold particularly if the piece you are molding has protusions like areas, legs, ears., hats etc.. I broke an arm trying to remove one piece from its mold. Also, the pieces seem to dry down lighter. An interesting experiment would be to use the same mold for each brand and weigh it when dry. Right now I plan to use this in more block style molds. I can’t speak to its long term durability.

Good quality eco resin
I've worked with jeamonite and it's curing time is 20-25 mins. But this product took 2 hours. Which is not that bad. But the results were beautiful! I made some jewelry trays and they came out beautifully. I tried to break them with hand ( after 48 hours) and they didn't break. They will break when if they fall down on a hard surface (just like glassware). I used acrylic paints and they worked. Results are not that vibrant though. This brand sell colors which give really good results and are very vibrant. Follow the directions, use small weighing scale to measure the product and you'll get beautiful results. The end product seems very durable. Highly recommended

Need to leave in mold for 24 hours
The media could not be loaded. Things break super easy. Make sure you leave things in the mold for 24 hours. They’re very fragile and break easily. Not sure if I’ll use this product again
