I was looking for an affordable cordless vacuum cleaner that will not break the bank. I was most certainly not disappointed. The Belife S11 is very powerful, much more powerful that I expected it to be.We live in a two bedroom apartment, and have a dog, so there is fur every where, every day. I love the LED located on the brush. I will never miss a spot ever again. You have three different settings, and I leave it on the lowest as the succussion power is still good. The brushes are amazing because it is tangle free!!

The vacuum is quite amazing! Suction is powerful even in the lowest setting. I have two cats and two large litter boxes. I’m able to vacuum my entire apartment (1000 sqft) on the low setting and it does a great job! Battery life is accurate and plentiful. The light is awesome! It helps you see everything on the floor you would normally miss. The service is also great! They are responsive and helpful! I highly recommend this vacuum if you’re looking for a budget friendly option that works just as well as the more expensive brands.

Not charging after 8 months

The vacuum was great for the first 6 months. Although only working for 15 min in the 2nd mode and few minutes of 3rd mode, but it was enough for our living room and kitchen where I needed it. 1st mode is useless. After 1 week the part that holds the battery broke so we had to attach the battery with a cable tie. After 6 months I cannot switch between modes as it switches off. Only 2nd mode is working sometimes, sometimes not at all. It seems the battery doesn’t charge properly anymore.

Had an issue with my unit, learned that its fulfilled by amazon and its not the seller mistake.Although that, the seller had an amazing generous customer service, offering me a new free vacuum and additional battery, that by itself will make me loyal to the brand, plus the vacuum itself is really good.
