This is a heavy-duty, great quality jump rope. It's perfect for three person jump rope, but isn't quite long enough for double dutch and is too long for single person jumping. The 10 FT Long Jump Rope is a thick and strong rope which is perfect for jump roping. The extra piece of rubber or guard that is in the middle of the rope shows that the manufacture did their homework. The handle feels light, but fairly strong. I am used to the weighted ones, but this will do. The bearing is pretty nice and well.

I really like jump roping but I have to say. I thought this jump rope was gonna be really nice what you did. It's made out of really thick material but it's a little bit too long. I'm over six foot and it's almost Too long to jump rope with. And the thickness slows it down a lot too. So it's not like a regular jump rope. You really have to learn how to use it. It would be easier to use if it was a little bit thinner and not as long, but maybe that's just me. So I probably gonna return it because I can't really use it..

The braided jump rope was lighter than I had expected, but true to its description, it stayed in a smooth curve on the swing and didn’t get tangled up (as my plastic tubing jump rope was prone to do), so I am quite pleased with this jump rope.As a 6’ adult, I still was expecting to have to adjust and shorten the length of the rope, but it appears to be just barely the right length for me without any adjustment.The bearings are smooth and the rope rotates without any problem.

My husband and my daughter use this jump rope the most. Unlike our other jump ropes, this one has a guide tube that adds weight to the rope to enable better control of the speed of the rope. Without the guide tube, our other jump ropes can only go so fast. With this one, it improves the speed and allows them to spin the rope faster. They really like the handles too. Aside from its nice design, it's slip-resistant with sweaty hands, lightweight, and soft foam doesn't hurt my daughter's feet when these handles accidentally drop on her toes. My husband and daughter's height difference means that they have to adjust the rope length when they use it. My daughter just loops one end of the rope to shorten it for her shorter height.So recommended.

During winter my students cannot go outside during recess. All they have is basketball in the gym. So I got this to try something new.What a great hit it has been. The boys are running a competition for singles and doubles skipping and we have divided into two teams.I tried sack races. That worked once. This skip rope is going to displace basketball and I will need a few more I think.The rope is well-made and swivels easily. The base of the curve is reinforced where it hits the floor or ground and the rope itself is sturdy and a good weight.Not to mention the reasonable price.
