FilofaxPatterns Pastel Spots Personal Organiser

I searched for an A5 Filofax this item came up in more than one search.I placed the order along with various inserts which where all sized correctly.The Filofax is not an A5.The dimensions are not shown in the description so I did not check with the seller the size as the search brought up this item.Everything else about it is very nice but the size.

Filofax was lovely but arrived today (13th November 2019) with a 2019 diary.Customer services were hopeless advising me to contact Filofax to seek clarification on when they were issuing 2020 inserts which they are already selling.Should be advertised as coming with a 2019 diary.Returned item and will buy elsewhere.

Such a beautiful soft leather like cover and so much more pretty in real life. Has lots of accessories and card holders inside too. Beautiful for the lady who loves diary's.

Filofax. Ordered Nov 2019 and came with a 2017 insert! Are you having a laugh? Are you getting rid of all your old stock and not telling us?!

I'm glad that i ignored the negative reviews. I got the 2020 diary. It came beautifully presented and packaged. I found the outer plastic layer useful. Nothing negative to say like other folk. I will treasure it and enjoy using it every day.

What's the point of selling with 2021 dairy in December 2021????
