We have used these popcorn bags for sleepover parties and they have worked great. You get 200 bags which is perfect for parties or small gatherings. The bottom of the bag is flat so the bag will stand up when open. We did not have any issues with grease or butter leaking through the bag. Each bag holds 2 ounces of popcorn which is perfect for individual servings. I got an old fashioned movie theater popcorn cart so when I saw these bags I knew I had to order them. These make movie night so much fun, they hold quite a bit and keep the movie theater butter from seeping through the paper. No messes with these and just toss them afterward. These would be perfect for a movie theater themed party as well. Such great quality and we use them all the time.

I just had a movie night and used these bags. Overall the bags worked well and I do think they add some additional fun to an indoor movie night, but I do have some mixed thoughts.I did find these bags noisier then using a bowl or container with stiffer sides. You can hear the hands going in and out of the bags as the paper crinkles, especially when nearing the bottom. Not loud enough to bother me, but could bother some people.I did find these more prone to spilling as well when they were set down.All of the above things are what I was expecting when using bags like this inside, so my experience matched my expectations.Where I will get the most value out of these bags is during spring and summer months for outdoor events. They are a good size small bag for using during events. They are durable enough that I'm not worried about people easily ripping them when using.I had no issues with my hands fitting in these bags and I wear size XL gloves.

The bags are a nice size (8 1/2" x 3 1/2") and hold over 4 cups of popped popcorn.Adult's hands as well as kid's hands fit into the top of the popcorn bag making it easy to eat the popcorn while watching a movie.When filled with hot buttered popcorn, I did not notice any oils/butter leaking through.I like these bags for movie night, but also think that they would make fun kids party bags for birthdays.
