Does the job....
This 1mm solder is finer than I usually use. However, I've used it to solder guitar pickups, pots and switches and internal speaker/crossover parts in my own designed speakers. Requires you to flow a little extra but the joints are good and everything has worked as expected....

Effective lead-free solder
I was not sure whether this would be as good as the traditional solder but it has worked very well, without the health issues associated with handling lead. I have only used it for delicate electronics work and that has been satisfactory. The flux content has been adequate. I try to avoid inhaling the flux fumes, as I am asthmatic, but had no issues with this product for my limited use in a well-ventilated area.

Soldered well
My husband has used this for numerous dry solder joints as part of his work.He said it flowed well with it's inbuilt flux. Created an excellent solder joint. Would definately purchase more in the future.

Does exactly what it needs to
I guess solder is one of those things that doesn't really do anything more than you need it to do.I haven't got any specific soldering jobs that need doing, so I just did a little test in order to check for how well it melts with my soldering iron, and whether it bonds to a surface. The solder performs exactly as I expected (I had wondered whether lead free might be an issue, but doesn't seem to be). I put some on an old circuit board I have with some small LED Diodes on, stripped a wire connected to a small battery pack and soldered the wire to the board and it all worked absolutely fine. The solder melted nicely and held the wire enough to make the circuit.

Very good lead free solder wire.
Been using this for the past couple of weeks and it's proving to be a very good solder wire.

Good quality solder wire
This is a good quality solder wire reel. Being 1mm, this is a really handy thickness for most soldering requirements. The reel arrives sealed in cellophane for protection.I think this represents good value for money for the amount of wire on the reel and I can't think of anything negative that would prevent me from recommending it.Great quality - you can't go wrong with this.

Good lead free solder
The 1mm solder is great for the smaller electronic projects such as working on consoles or Pi projects.Although this solder does have a 2% flux to it and the solder does flow, I prefer to always use additional flux when soldering to provide the perfect joint and flow of solder.
