These are great for any issues that you have with your feet. I broke my foot and also have MS. So, after the foot healed, I used these to help with flexibility. Also, with me having MS my feet have very sensitive reflexes, so these are great for that issue. Overall, a really good product. I actually have recommend them to other people.

These peanut rollers are hard and sturdy plastic (not squishy at all per other reviews) so I’m happy with them, but they came in the wrong case designed for massage balls.

I often have muscle pains from my Gym, Yoga and day-to-day Stress. These massage balls help really well in massaging the deep muscles and enabling higher blood circulation and hence the pain will be relieved often in a day or max two.

I use this for my shoulder, neck and my feet. It gives a deep massage. LOVE

These massage rollers aren't bad but I ordered the green ones (hard) and they're not that firm at all. I've so far only used these on my feet and it feels nice, but I can't put much pressure on the roller before it squishes too much.
