We had our last vacuum and hose for 20 years. This was an upgraded replacement. The head has a neat feature that selects the rug height and it is light and easy to carry.

Amazon delivered this kit for free in two days and Suzanne from Nadair/OVO Customer Service responded to my pre-ordering technical questions within one day...on a Saturday...great service!When we opened the box it looked nice, but felt much lighter than our old Kenmore kit which had us concerned that it was somewhat cheaply constructed (please read on).After setting it up and using it however, our opinion changed. It was much easier carrying the new hose and vac up and down the stairs. It worked very well; as well as the old kit, but much less effort to haul around. We also liked the built in swivel handle for angling around objects and had 5 feet in additional length to cover more area than before.We did notice the hose kinked a couple of times while vacuuming though, so we'll have to be careful when using. Time will tell with regard to the overall durability, but for now we received a very nice product and great customer service. DG

This has worked out pretty well so far. It's not super expensive, so I wasn't expecting much. The attachments are kind of cheap, but I didn't buy it for those. The powerhead and the vacuum hose work quite well. The light on the front isn't very bright. You would think they could do better on that. Bright LEDs are not expensive to add to a product like this.

When my original central vac broke down after 24 years, I bought an Imperium motor and a Lindhaus powerhead and accessory kit. For the last ten years, I have thought that the motor in the Imperium was just sadly weaker than the original. Recently the power head to hose connection began to short out. I almost bought an entirely new system, but we weren't really up to the hassle of installing a new motor/canister. Thank goodness, because this new kit fixed everything that was ever wrong with that old one. The suction is fantastic, so it wasn't the motor at all! I don't know exactly how a new accessory kit could fix a suction problem, but it did! Maybe because everything on the Lindhaus system seemed slightly loose and it wasn't creating the seal needed for a vacuum. The beater bar is tremendous, my carpets have never looked better. All parts feel sturdy and are adjustable to your height. The connections into the wall fit securely, and this is a 34 year old tube and wall outlet system! I am absolutely thrilled with this kit and it was Way cheaper than anything I looked at elsewhere. Happy, happy customer!

I bought this six months ago. The hose has always been extremely difficult to separate from the wand. Sometimes it takes two people. The adjustable electric wand, no longer stays locked so when you vacuum and push forward the want shortens. You end up having to vacuum with the shortest possible want because it won't stay extended at all. The Carpet brush now requires you to reset it every time you use it to get the carpet brush to work. Otherwise it just suck air. That's an awful lot of problems for six months of use. The one I replaces was 20 years old and still works fine. It was the wall outlets that broke so I needed one that I could plug in for the carpet brush. This does that but is otherwise cheap and pretty much worthless.

Works perfectly with the OVO system. Love it, would highly recommend.

The quality of this product is exceptionally poor. After using the device for a month, and 6 or 7 times inside that 4 or 5 week period, the vacuum head quit turning. I have gone through all the troubleshooting steps to no avail. I am going to attempt to contact the manufacturer for a replacement. I would carefully consider other options if you are looking at this item for your home.

The media could not be loaded.  Sensitivity of the hose connection can be frustrating. Name brand components would have have been 6 times more expensive but would probably not have this problem.

Seems like a very well made product with an excellent power head, much better than the original. Had a small issue with adjusting handle, reached out to customer service, they were excellent and the issue was resolved ASAP. Very impressed and would definitely recommend.

Bought as a replacement hose for our 30 year old hoover. We wanted something universal because we expect the vacuum itself is nearing the end if its life. This hose is much lighter than our old one, which is nice, since I am 30 years older lol. I am hopeful it will be long lasting as well

Great product excellent suction power

I purchased this in Oct 2022 and within 6 months the power to the power head stopped working but the suction would still turn on and off. Contacted support and and a few calls and having to send them a “video” of it not working and showing them some meter readings of the power cord they finally send to a new control switch and power pig tail cable (luckily I have a second power head for the video). So the same issue has just happened again, early September 2023 and I reached out to customer support 10 days ago and have not had any reply. I took the power cord to a local vacuum store and they confirm the power cord was bad. Surprisingly when looking for a replace cord as I have now given up on there customer support they are hard to find. I give this product 2 as the other parts seem to work fine. The rating is due to their customer support and a vacuum part “the power cord”that should not be the first part to fail.
