These pads are not adequate for adults the sizing is more like a large child for guards are cheap and flimsy definitely not worth your money

Absolutely uncofortable. The velcro is useless, they always sliding down. I tryed to modified manually with need le and thread to tighten the bands but it didn't work. If you need smt efficient, just spend a tenner more and youll have a good one
