🌿 MORRISON’S🌿 THYME🌿 16gOne of the components of ‘Herbes de Provence’ or  this , I love the smell of thyme on its own and I use it sparingly with lemon juice to 'dress' a chicken, before cooking.Sealed on arrival, the little glass jar was well protected in a bubble-wrap jacket inside the sturdy ‘Amazon Pantry’ carton. The seal has a new easy-tear strip that makes life a lot easier.The bottle has a base diameter of around 4 cm and stands around 9.75 cm tall.It has a rigid BLACK-coloured, plastic-type lid, which is around 2 cm deep & flips up easily via the thumb recess, clipping back into place with a reassuring click.There is no ‘sprinkler’ on this jar, but a regular teaspoon fits the neck comfortably, in my experience.The front label is freshly coloured with ‘Thyme’ scripted in WHITE on LIME GREEN with a separate capitalised, bold ‘T’, along with the Morrison’s ‘M’.The back labels have the best before date (May 2018 on mine), storage guidelines and serving & recipe suggestions, along with container recycling guidelines.Other herbs & spices currently available at 'Amazon Pantry’ include:🌿  BOUQUET GARNI 🌿  SAGE 🌿  ROSEMARY 🌿  ITALIAN STYLE SEASONING 🌿  GROUND MIXED SPICE 🌿  CHIVES 🌿  GROUND CORIANDER 🌿  TARRAGON 🌿  PAPRIKA 🌿  MINT 🌿  OREGANO 🌿  BASIL 🌿  CAYENNE 🌿  PAPRIKA 🌿  BAY LEAVES 🌿  ONION GRANULES 🌿  GROUND GINGER 'Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.'[10 images attached]

Dried thyme is good for adding flavour to certain things.

Amazon Pantry product very convenient and ok price

great price and so much more convenient than getting it in store

Smells lovely but doesn't soften well when cooked, it remains quite hard.
