well designed but a bit uncomfortable and fake leather
These are very well designed and well made sneakers. They are very thick including the sole, they have a composite toe that could break a jaw if someone threw it at you. These are also a little heavy so definitely not "light". You are covered in most construction situations the same as if you had some clunky steel toe work boots on. However, you can work in style with these very fashionable almost basketball style sneakers. You also get slip resistant soles that also do not conduct electricity. This composite design comes in handy when traveling for work, as these are TSA friendly being composite toed. The price is much higher than most steel toed work boots, but these are are fashionable, composite toed, extremely well constructed, and make a statement on the job site. So 5 stars for the fashionable blue collar boss who wants to be comfortable, stylish, and safe on a work site.

Awesome brand diversifies and breaks into industrial work shoes
I have wide feet so I've been wearing Airwalk shoes since the early 90s since they're wide and comfortable. They're originally made for skateboarding, so the stitching is more reinforced than other shoes which helps them last longer. After trying out the Airwalk Arena Low Top Composite Toe men's industrial work shoes, I found them just as impressive as their mid top counterpart which I also own.Similar to their mid top version, the low tops offer a slip and oil-resistant outsole along with a cushioned footbed, providing unmatched comfort throughout the day.The low profile composite toe adds durability and security, making it ideal for workers handling heavy equipment or dealing with potential hazards. Additionally, having suffered a permanent injury due to lacking proper safety features in my previous shoes, I cannot stress enough how important it is to invest in quality workwear that prioritizes safety, even if you don't expect an injury. Mine was from a simple door someone opened into my foot.Overall, if you're searching for a lightweight, comfortable, and functional pair of work shoes, the Airwalk Arena Low Top Composite Toe should definitely be considered (or their mid top version).

Airwalk? More like BrickWalk
I ordered these for my husband since he works on his feet all day long. The promise of all day comfort and a name like "Air Walk" made them sound like they would feel like a dream to wear. Wrong. He couldn't even stand them for a few minutes. He said they felt like he was walking barefoot on an extremely hard, unforgiving surface and that there was very little padding... NOT the "air" that is in the name. He also said they severely pinched his toes. Do these work shoe manufacturers ever actually WEAR the shoes they make? And, do they take into consideration that feet SWELL the longer you're on them? Could someone... anyone... actually design a WORK shoe for men who have WIDER feet and who need a little extra padding for long work days? We're not asking for much. There ARE shoes out there... and we've found some that were VERY affordable; it's just very difficult to find them. These were a major disappointment.

Nice weight, solid steel toe, well made and look great. A little small for a size wide.
Not as heavy as I expected for a steel toe which is nice. They are well made, all the seams and stitching are solid and done well. The steel toe comes back far enough to give good protection. The soles have a good pattern and have a great grip even on greasy floors and slippery-ish concrete. Got these as a work shoes that are not high on the ankle like my work boots so I had a more flexible work option. Overall they are a great shoe with only one thing I would point out about the sizing. I have wider feet and loved that these came in a wide size option, I would say however that they fit snug in the width, they fit the same as other regular sized shoes so if getting for width maybe got up a size.

High quality shoes
This is my second time getting a shoes from airwalk. I do love their style and the quality of the shoes they make.My brother is an electrician. And i got this for him as a gift. He likes low top shoes. Not only with the style. It gives you ease of mind. knowing a shoes like this can provide you safety while at work.Electrical hazard defense and slip resistant is very important. To my brother's line of work this is definitely a good shoes for him. he is definitely happy to have it as a gift. The sizing is true to size. Price is reasonable for the quality of the shoes you are getting. And does provide you safety. For longevity of the product , i guess will just have to wait and see. And will update more.Overall would definitely recommend .

Great work shoes
Great pair of work shoes from a brand I hadn't thought about in years. When I was growing up Airwalk was an upstart skate shoe brand - never really had the cachet of Vans or Converse, but still made quality shoes for a little less money than the big brands. I had a pair of classic canvas shoes with a spider-web design that I wore until they had holes in the soles.Fast forward thirty years or so and they've grown their business beyond skate shoes to work shoes. And the work shoes are just like I remember their skate shows - quality shoes for a little less money than the big brands. They're comparable in quality to Skechers work shoes for about $20 less money. "Airwalk" isn't just marketing puffery - these are *very* comfortable shoes. The sole is thick and provides protections from all the junk that shows up on the workplace floor, and the toe cage is sturdy and roomy. Size 13 is true to size, and large enough to accommodate a wide foot. Good quality construction all around. Now if only I could get them to make that spider-web design again...
