Worst after sales service
The media could not be loaded. Fraud alert…!!!!!!I have bought this product in December 2024.After 11 days, right side speaker of the sound bar started distortion.Immediately I shared the video samples on the number provided.Even after 1 month of follow up, I didn’t get any concrete solution.Later on I filed a complaint on their support email ID.Even there nobody responded unless and until I text on WhatsApp to at least read the mails.I was shocked to get the excuse that my mails were going in their spam.I have asked the refund as the product failed within 11 days of delivery but cleverly they delayed the communication to avoid refund.I have some nearly 25+ mails.Firstly they agreed on the mail to replace the defective product with new one at same time and even asked for my address, but later on came with same reply- once we will check the defective product, and later on if any defective is found, we will dispatch the new product.Someone buys soundbar for Entertainment but this purchase came out to be additional headache for me.It was already 3 months when I was getting harassed with exchange of mails and still, even after agreeing on the mail, they again told me to wait.Firstly 3 months of harassment, then wait for the defective product to be delivered over there, then wait for their testing and then wait for new product to be delivered (in case the agreed).At last, shamelessly they replied that customer didn’t want to take support, we can’t go beyond policies.May be delayed response and disagreement on their own mail is also a part of their policy.Only because of such brands and poor after sales services, people don’t want to try to buy from new companies.Better go with Boat or Protonics or JBL.I wish Amazon have an option of negative rating as well.(Use earphones for better experience of defective product)
