This is a good value for money product that lasted me a month and a few days. The tablets are a standard size, easily swallowed and without after taste or foulness to overcome. In terms of results I have not been testing my levels so hard to say, I can’t say I felt any different on them in any productive way. But the ingredients list looks fine and standard for a vitamin boosting product. The packaging is fine, nothing amazing, quite boring but in keeping with medical stuff. Can’t say it is anything exciting. But I go back to the value for money. £10.99 for over a months top ups is good.

So we have a reason to take a supplement like this, i.e. been to the doc and he recommended as deficient nutrients showed up on a blood test... or... self diagnose... because of a crappy diet and want to get more nutrients. I used to want to fill up the gaps with supplements, thinking they were good for me (not realising the imbalances they can create in the body). Now I only take supplements when I feel illness coming on, to help keep me strong, because I now get everything I need from a healthy varied diet. So, I have a little stash in my cupboard of supplements, and I dowse to find out which ones I need, as and when.What I didn't realise is these are manufactured in India, not a great carbon footprint. The equivalent can be bought here, manufactured here, so much kinder to the planet.This product looks and feels 'cheap'. It is very hard to take a brand seriously when they can't even spell properly - what else are they not doing properly? I looked at their store front… what does 'Hair on Fleek' mean? And 'Digesation'… There is a header 'Skin and Hairs'.... 'Rest assured, awake refreshed' me thinks they need to look for better translating services.Then I noticed: 'Bio-vitalia is a registered trademark approved by Government of India. We produce our products in a FSSAI approved facility in India strictly as per the RECOMMENDED DIETARY ALLOWANCE guidelines issued by the Government of India'. How does that compare with our UK facilities, I have no idea!I find it bizarre that this company is making products for UK, (67 million people catchment) versus their own country (1.417 billion catchment) surely they would make lots more dosh selling closer to home? I wonder why they are targeting UK... Overall, I'm not 'feeling it' for this brand and this product, and I always trust my gut instinct.
