Over all I'm very happy with this. I replaced a name brand one that never really worked well. I capped off the spout since I put it in a shower, not a tube. Over all it's simple t operate, an 1/8 of a turn of the handle and the water is turned on (cold) then a 1/4 turn range to go from cold to hot. It says it has anti scald built in but I have my water set to less than what most showers are set at.My hot water tank is set to 140 but I have a mixing valve on the output that's set to 112f. I checked the temperature of the water and that's exactly what comes out. For me that's too hot, for my wife that's just right. I'm sure it could be adjusted if needed (it's most likely set at 120f) but I didn't try. The lever rotates easily. Because it's only about a 3rd of a turn it can quickly be shut off (from hot to off) with a normal twist of the wrist. So no chance of twisting to the cold position and then having to regrip to finish twisting it to shut it off.Te valve comes with a metal bracket on the back to mout it to a wall or stud. I didn't do that. Instead I used a 2x6 with a 2" hole for the body to pass through and two holes for the screws that hold the trim plate on. The two screws that hold the trim plate on have o-rings on the to seal them. Also the trim plate has foam to seal it so water can't go behind it and leak into the wall. Once tighten and the pipes connected the valve is very secure.It took a couple of uses before I learned where to adjust it to get it to the temp I like. There's no numbers (like my shower in my master bath has) so it's a feel thing. The shower head has click stops for each setting. I don't know if there's one setting that is off but when it's set there there's a few drips. All the other settings work great. There's a nice assortment, from a fine mist to hard streams. Because it's a tub the curve in the pipe for the shower head could be bent more. My water pressure tends to spray the water to the opposite side of the shower even with the head pointing as low as it can go.Over all I'm very happy that the guest shower is now working correctly.

This is not just a great looking kit but super high quality as well. I had to replace the old stuff because it was leaking and causing issues. The most difficult thing was to take the old stuff out. This took all of about 30 minutes at most to install with zero leaks and great temperature control.

This tub faucet set has a very nice matte black finish that makes it look very sophisticated. It is stainless steel and the matte black finish helps protect against corrosion and prevent fading overtime. The set came woth shower valves, a 9 setting rain shower head, and tub spout. I got this to replace our old outdated shower set in our master bedroom. The shower head comes with booster technology which is great because there are times our water pressure is low. This is a really nice looking tub shower faucet set and the price is really great as well.

Do not think that you can purchase this and install it easily to your existing bathroom - unless you have the same valve installed behind your shower. Now, if you have more plumbing knowledge than I do, you may be aware of this. I however, was not aware of this, so I couldn't use it. Didn't even bother returning it.

We recently had a massive upgrade from the city to go from well water to city water. All the fixtures need to be changed because they have a hard water scale built up on everything. This makes it so much easier when all matches and all the parts and hoses are included.
