Sanqiao Infrared IR Heating Floor Lamp for Thermotherapy Muscle Pain Relief Accupuncture Beauty Treatment - Dimmable Heat with Stand & Flexible Arm

This is a shoddy piece of equipment. The bottom two legs are supposed to slot together - they didn't. The edges were rough and jagged and I had to file them smooth before they would slot together. Next, for the vertical assembly, there is a metal cylindrical 'peg' that is supposed to fit into a hole in the base - it didn't. The peg was too big and I had to drill the hole bigger for it to fit. This left the assembly unstable and wonky so I had to fit a bolt inside the peg to stabilize the assembly. I should not have to go to these lengths to assemble the device. Quality control? - don't make me laugh!!!The instructions were virtually non existent. I would have expected some sort of advice in using the health lamp - nothing.With trepidation I switched on the device wondering what to expect. Against all expectations the lamp worked. I just wonder for how long.The final insult was in the leaflet that came with the device. It stated that if you gave the product a 5* review they would extend the guarantee. To me this indicates that the sellers know that the product is an inferior device, not worthy of a good review and are trying to bribe the seller into giving one. You can draw your own conclusions. I most certainly cannot recommend this product.

So far so good. Random that the base is filled with sand. I had to silicon to seal it as I was getting sand all over the floor that was leaking out. Where the light slots into the stand is a bit loose but so long as you’re not bashing it about I can’t imagine it being an issue. Lovely looking light. The power cable is a bit short but handy with the dimmer.

Well made, no faults with construction, very flexible, lamp head stays where its positioned, we are over 70 years of age and use to help with poly myalgia, spoke to rheumatology consultant in person he said make sure you don't have it too close for any periods of time to avoid chance of "hotspots"_damaging skin, otherwise well worth trying, good value at the price. No problems with manufactoring. Strongly recommend.

Bought this lamp for use in my salon . It’s fantastic just what I wanted. Great packaging super fast delivery. I’m very happy.

Fiddly to adjust to required position

Ease of assembly and quality; I use it for Muscle Pain Relief and Drying out damp from inside the walls of my caravan and it does the job. The variable heat adjustment means you do not over heat what ever you use it for.

 Not happy , I’ve only had this product set up for 2 and a half weeks it was purchased just under a month ago it worked fine but today it blew all the eletric put in my house so changed the fuse still nothing took the bulb out to realise the inside has actually burnt out , needed this product for my puppy’s

Recently purchased. Solid construction, very easy and quick to assemble with a bit of common sense. seems to work fine. The rise and fall pivoted arms and lamp work very well and the quality for the price is excellent. No hesitation in giving 5 stars
