I only returned this because I needed a different style and color. It’s beautiful and nice quality. It is thinner, so you wouldn’t be hot. I had shape wear on and it was just a great fit! I’m 5’11 and it was well below my knee zipper on the back and the bow attached through two strings on the sides. The sleeves were perfect! Wish i could have kept it for the event. Just needed something different!

I didn’t like anything about the dress. The sizes run just super small. It looked like a size 10 or 12 in maybe a teenager or ladies size, and not for women. I forgot that I had ordered from them before and how small their clothes run. They really need to quit advertising in Women Plus sizes because there’s a big difference in a Plus Size Woman’s clothing and Ladies. The material was very flimsy. I won’t be ordering from them ever again.

To be honest, I was a little nervous getting this since I'm a weird hourglass shape and bigger gal. But I absolutely love the way it fits, it does show off my love handles but that's what spanx are for and the material is soft and comfortable.

This dress is hard to fairly rate because of my comfortableness so I'll start top to bottom. First it is not true to size. I am a true 18/2X. I ordered a 3X from previous experience and it fits like a 2x, so I would definitely size up 1. I like the rounded neck line. I like the overlap in the sleeve, but wish they were a bit longer because I have big flabby arms and with this length sleeve some of that shows. The dress is a true black with a nice stretch but somewhat thin. It zips up the back. It is NOT forgiving of rolls and bulges so you will NEED a gurdle/spanx or else it is NOT flattering. The belt loops are high making the belt sit right under the bust which looks nice but could get lost under big boobs. The belt is long enough to tie and hang or make a nice big pretty bow. It could be tied in front or on the side. It is form fitting around bust, belly, hips and butt. The length is just below the knee. This dress could be worn for church, graduation, funeral, cocktail party, fancy date night etc. I paired with a silver metal belt but the original belt looks best in my opinion. I do not feel this dress is worth $45. I would say $25 range. I did try on without gurdle and feel my belly and butt are too big and although spanx/gurdle would make it look better I am still not comfortable in it. I am returning. I'm not sure if I recommend.

I was surprised by this dress. Im plus size and took a chance on this style! I took it out of the package and thought it wouldn't fit, I was wrong! It has great stretch and fit perfectly. I had to use spanx of course to smooth my curves out, but I got lots of compliments and felt fabulous!

I needed a simple dress for a company holiday party. I ordered my size initially, but it was a bit more snug than I wanted. Started my return on Amazon & ordered the next size up. The dress was the perfect length (I'm 5'10") & comfortable enough to last all night without a wardrobe change! Perfect, simple dress!

Loved the dress. Extremely flattering. I should have sized down 1 size-it was a bit loose in the back area. Had a nice stretch and not sheer at all. Perfect black dress to dress up or down for any occasion.
