These are very difficult to apply. They're not actually the correct size for the screen, so laying them well is not easy. Simply lining up with one edge of the screen as a starting point does not yield decent results.If you're not in a nearly dust-free environment, don't even bother. The likelihood of being able to get the protector in place before dust has settled on the screen to get caught under the protector is very low.Air bubbles seem impossible to get rid of permanently. This is not because dust is on the screen. Air bubbles can be squashed down temporarily, pushed off the edge as best as possible. But they always reappear because pushing them out to the edge completely does not work - the bubbles will not travel in a straight line, but will push out as well as among the direction you want to squeeze them. This leaves a blotchiness to the view which cannot be removed.As some others have noted, the surface is pretty rough. It feels like rough parchment, not at all like modern paper. It does an ok job with reducing reflections, though.
