I like the way this product works when I am getting a cold/illness. It shortens the duration or will stop an onset if I start taking it soon enough.

i have ben taking 3 pills a day for 30 days. the first thing i noticed i had more energy. after 2 weeks i really noticed my arthritic knee feeling better. after 30 days i can honestly say the swelling in my knee is gone. i will continue to take these pills to see what changes in the future. so in a nut shell i am going to be 62 this year and these pills are a blessing right now. i am hoping on more of my arthritic problems to go away or at least get better like my knee.
