Was disapointed when I saw how thin the mat is until I used it. Its so comfortable to use. They really got the material and thickness just right. Just laying on it between exercises I could nod off.

This mat is perfect for high impact work, weight work and bare feet exercise. It is a good thickness, rolls out well and didn’t have any odour right from the first time of using. I am very happy.

I had Be trying to find a decent sized exercise Mat that you can do multiple exercises on with or without trainers and that rolls up for ages and this so far is doing what it says on the tin , I have only had it a few weeks however so far I have run on it, done multiple tabata sessions on it , HIIT training workouts, dumbbell full body workouts and no issues so far .Like i said earlier the best thing is once used you can wipe it down and roll it up and put it away , it's a bit slippy at first but it does say in the instructions that it does take a bit of running in time for it to be less slippy and so far that has now happened for me . So far so good and I would recommend based on what I have experienced so far .

After using a number of cheaper and smaller mats, decided to invest in this workout mat and it has proven to be a sound investment. Ample space, comfortable underfoot, and good non-slip on wood floor. The surface is grippy and hard wearing. Excellent for HIIT workouts.

Bought for Hit and Tabata workouts. After two weeks of use it is obvious that this mat will not last a long time.Attaching photos to demonstrate.Will only recommend for other than Hit and Tabata workouts.Regret that choosing this mat, as it isone of the expensive. Does not worth it at all.

Best mat I have ever used. Fantastic size and material and easy to clean. Not too soft, not too hard, considering that I have spinal disk hernias and few mats are comfortable for me.I don't know how durable it is on the long run but the durability on cat claws is confirmed.NB: it's a little bit smaller than the main image suggests.
