Unusual, looks good, solid and functional
We got the smaller version of this item a while ago. This one is just the correct height for next to my chair in the caravan (see photo). They are carved out from one piece of solid wood and are very sturdy and could be used as a stool.

Extremely Disappointed
I bought a pair of these to use as speaker stands but on opening each box, massive disappointment. The Amazon advert shows them with a high gloss finish, mine were matt finish, no shine whatsoever. I contacted the company explaining this, I received an email back saying that's how they are sent out and it's upto the customer to wax or varnish them. I then informed them this serious because its miss advertising. If that wasn't bad enough one of them had round corners top and bottom the other square. There was other issues with these but this review is long enough so I'm only mentioning the main problems.
