Works well
I lost all three of the panels over time and bought these as a replacement. Although online videos recommend opening up the hood and undoing a bunch of bolts to install replacements, I was able to put these in (mostly) without having to do that. There were a couple of spots that unbolting would have helped, but they fit well and looked good.

Similar quality to original. Snap clips to connect to bumper cover didn't lock in real securely, so I added a few rivits to lock it in.

not perfect
alignment is slightly off. i have non OEM bumper and the fit between the grill and bumper is slightly off. i am using gorilla tape to compensate for the misalignment. i am not entirely sure whether i should blame the grill or the bumper. I hadn't paid enough attention while removing the original.
