I’ve only used this once so far but it worked really well.

This equipment works really fast. You must follow instructions and file or score the your nails first. One hand I forgot. It still worked, but it took longer. The polish remover gets really hot. You can move your fingers around if it gets unbearable.

Works great. I am happy to have given this a shot. Would recommend.

While this does seem to work if you give it time, now that I understand how this works I wouldn't have ordered it. Basically, it heats up acetone till its very hot and creates a vapor. However, acetone isn't great for your skin, so it ends up all over your fingers where it isn't needed. Also, acetone is extremely flammable and can be combustable too. While you don't put the acetone directly on the heating portion, I'm still wary that it could catch fire or explode. It isn't worth the risk for me, especially since its not noticably faster than just doing a normal acetone soak or using the clips.

It works after a couple of times.

The electric nail polish remover removed all of my gel nail polish in one session. I lightly filed the top layer of my nail polish off with a nail buffer per the instructions. I added the acetone nail polish remover to the plastic bowl, placed it in the machine, reassembled the machine and hit start. The machine beeped once and the green light indicated that the machine was ready for use. I placed my fingers into the machine and waited for the machine to do its thing. You have to be very careful as to not let your fingers come in contact with warm acetone. My fingers are really short, so that was not a problem for me.I also had to tense my fingers up, and kind of pull them towards me a little so that more of my nails were exposed to the acetone steam. This shortens the amount of time you will have to leave your fingers in the machine. The steam felt warm and a little weird to me, but I did not feel any pain or discomfort. After about ten minutes, the machine beeped twice and the light turned red. I removed my hand from the machine. My gel nail polish had separated from my nails, and I could just peel the polish off using my finger nails. The gel polish had completely lifted off of my finger nails. I peeled the nail polish off without using any special tools.I really liked this device. It was easy and quick to assemble and to disassemble. The process for setting up the machine for use was easy and intuitive. I was a little uncomfortable with the notion that I was heating a flammable substance to remove my nail polish. I was concerned about potential safety issues related to having your fingers and skin exposed to heated acetone. I had to really check my brain in order to feel comfortable enough to use it. I would be sure to unplug the device after each and every use just in case the machine randomly turns itself on to minimize any potential safety risks. I would also be sure to clean the machine after each and every use to make sure that there is no residual acetone left in the machine.This nail polish remover did a fantastic job removing my gel nail polish from my fingers. It did exactly what it was supposed to do. I am more likely to use gel nail polish going forward because I do not have to worry about the tedious process of removing gel nail polish. I gave the nail polish remover 4 stars instead of 5 only because I am still uneasy with any potential long term safety issues related to exposing your skin to steamed acetone. Notwithstanding all of my concerns, I would still recommend this device. It made removing my gel nail polish a lot easier.

This device works so well; it has cut so much time off my nail routine, and saves my natural nails from so much drilling and filing. I will say, it gets HOT if you put too much nail polish remover in. Follow the directions, be patient while it warms up, and you will be pleased.

The idea of this machine sounds wonderful but unfortunately it does not work well. I can feel it steaming when my fingers are in it but, it only slightly softens the polish and does not make it come off as well as using acetone on a cotton ball.

Bought this in May. Used it maybe 5 times and now it no longer works. Very disappointed because when it did work it was great. Would love the seller to contact me and make this right
