Fantastic pipe

Very pleased with the plpe.Excellent delivery time.

This pipe is the top of the line, however, it does not have a filter. It looks very nice and smokes good. You can't smoke fast or the bowl becomes too hot to hold. It smokes as good as my corncob pipes.

Looks very poorly finished and not glossy in spots. There are matte spots all over it. Looks like watermarks in person. Poorly stained and buffed. Will be contacting Amazon. Tried to use some pure carnauba wax and polish that I use on my guitars and there was no change.

Everything about the pipe was great, except. The hole in the shaft wasn't drilled deep enough to take the 6mm adapter or a balsam filter without completely pluging up the pipe. I emailed Salvinelli and they sentme the address of their fixit shop here in the US, LDG, and I contacted them. They told me to send it to them and three days after sending it they emailed to say the pipe was bad and they sent me a new one. The whole process took a week. Very good service. That was my fourth Salvinelli pipe since January and I wouldn't be afraid to buy more.
