I could tell a difference after one day taking the supplement. After 30 days, I notice I sleep quality improved. I have slept this since I was in my teens. The supplements are easy to swallow. No taste. It's worth the price. I just signed up for a subscription.

Humic fulvic acid was suggested by one of my favorite hormone doctors. I noticed a change in my afternoon energy within this first week. Just ordered my second bottle.

Fulvic and Humic acids are evidently thought to be the workhorses of Shalajit, which seems to be a popular supplement on the internet. It sounds like they have been used in traditional medicine, but that there is not much research done on these products or their safety. While not much is known about Fulvic and Humic acids, I can share what I’ve found about Dr Mercola products and their transparency, Accountability and Quality..Transparency: Dr Joseph Mercola is the Developer of the Dr Mercola supplements line. He has a large web presence in his ‘Mercola Market’. They claim their products are Physician Formulated. He sits at the helm of a multimillion-dollar health business spanning books, products and online content. Per the web site, "All our products are formulated by Dr. Mercola and are thoroughly researched and developed with you in mind by our team of scientists, engineers and specialists."Accountability: They claim all of their products "are professionally tested for contamination, adulteration, potency and performance", and that they "undergo micro testing and heavy metal analysis, and all products go through a sensory and quality analysis prior to release". Mercola does not claim 3rd party lab testing, although they do claim that their products "are tested at multiple stages during production and again after production for stability or failure analysis". They claim to follow Good Manufacturing Practices, but do not claim to be GMP certified.QUALITY: These capsules are small, have a uniform dark color and appear easy to swallow. When I open one it looks and tastes a bit like dirt (Fulvic and Humic acids are both found in soil, the result of decomposition of organic matter). At one per day this is a 30 day supply. Fulvic acid, which composes about 20% of Shilajit (and thought to be responsible for some of it's possible benefits) evidently has a long history of use in folk medicine. Per Web MD, people use Humic and fulvic acid for many conditions, but there is no good scientific evidence to support these uses.I ordered this product because I thought Dr Mercola products to be a reputable brand, although I have since read that the FDA has had some concern about the brand's claims for some of it's products. However, if I was interested in trying Shalajit, I think for me this might be a safer option. That said, my preference is for products which are verifiably GMP certified and or third party tested.

I like to keep up with what is new on the market in supplements, vitamins, herbs etc. I recently ran across Dr. Mercola's Humic Fulvic Acid Complex. From the label there is no way I could tell that this is support for your GI tract. I was able to educate myself a little on the Mercola website. Bottom line these are minerals that help support the health and integrity of your GI tract and thus helps your Intestines better absorb the nutrients in your food. Sounded like something that would be very helpful for me. The suggested dosage is 1 capsule a day although it does not say "with or without" food and if it's better during the day or at bedtime. I took 1 capsule at lunch with food, and I did not notice any issues with digestion or negative side effects. I did not notice any great difference, but I feel, as with most supplemental nutrients, it may take more than a month to get a good idea of how helpful this would be. I am encouraged to continue for a couple months at least, since I have confidence in the quality of Mercola's supplements.I have used Mercola products before, and I was very happy with the quality and purity and thoughtful formulas that really worked. I highly recommend.

Dr. Mercola Humic Fulvic Acid Complex capsules are average in size and easy to swallow. Given the recent popularity of Shilijat resin and learning that Fulvic Acid is one of its ingredients, I expected that these pills would have a pungent smell or taste like Shilijat. Surprisingly they are unscented, tasteless, and much more convenient to incorporate into my dietary supplemental routine.I did not have any adverse reactions or However, I did experience noticeable and favorable results within 2 weeks of taking them consistently. I am very pleased with the quality and effectiveness of Dr. Mercola Humic Fulvic Acid Complex capsules. I also like that it’s affordable and a good value for the money. My overall experience with this product has been positive so I intend to continue using it.

Arrived with a P 65 warning on it. Stating reproductive Harm. This was not disclosed anywhere on description and to boot there is a no return clause. What an i supposed to do with this now.
