Bought for granddaughter and glad we have time to recover before it is her present time. Toy is a great idea but the craftsmanship is awful. Not only do holes not line up, as they should but after manhandling to get the legs aligned with the elephant (and yes, I did follow the instructions about moving the legs around) I started tightening the nuts (which were cut poorly and made it difficult to get the nuts to start w/o cross threading). After getting 3 properly tightened, I started the 4th and before it was even close to being tight the bolt assembly came out of the leg. I fought and fought to make it work since the holes never aligned properly with the bolts but the last straw was the bolt pulling loose. I think this could have been a very nice gift but not worth the hassle to build and then find out I now need to return. Total waste of our time and now we need to go find another gift.

i bought this for my godchild who loves the movie Dumbo. She is also a busy body, so you can actually keep her in one place for a little while with the rocker. She will rock her self out.

The screw portion that come out of the legs that are supposed to go into the rocking portion of it which is solid wood are at such a bad angle it is extremely hard to get them through the halls you have to use small screwdriver Janet and to guide the screw through the whole otherwise seems to be an OK product

It’s adorable. It’s for Christmas so I cannot comment on how durable but it does appear to be sturdy.

I didn't open it right away, I was going to assemble it Christmas Eve for the morning. While assembling, the instructions were wrong. They said to attach the footrests ( but these were already on it.) The cross beams on the rocker were not attached. I figured it out but the instructions were worthless. The were for the horse, not the elephant. The fabric is soft but the stitching is very poor, in fact, shortly after assembling it we noticed two rips along the seam of the neck and back leg. I can repair it, I'm not looking forward to putting another together, the screws on the legs were misaligned. The legs move and made it work, but if you hold the front leg straight up and down the screw is so angled that it always points to wards the back of the toy. Getting those on first helped, but it was a 2 person job. Some one to push the base down so the bolt threads could br accessed and another to quickly screw on the nuts. Not fun or easy. We will see if it's worth it.

I purchased this for a baby shower gift.1st- the wood that joins the rockers together was all beat up (soft pine)2nd- couldn’t get the bolts through the holes without making the one hole bigger.3rd- once all together found 3 holes in the fabric each hole about 1”-2”4th- the back to the battery pack had a screw to close it but there was nothing the screw would attach to inside.Worst part of all I received it the day before the shower so I had no time to return itCute it is but this is why I never like to buy online, I need to touch and feel quality.VERY difficult to assemble and the sound is loud and not a delicate sound that you would think being it’s for babies.
