AS a PGA Professional with 20+ years of teaching experience I can easily say this is one of the best training aids for any level of golfer. Helps with full swing, pitches and even chipping. If you want to learn how to swing correctly buy this.

While inflating it isn't as easy as I thought, it's really a good way to help keep the forearms close together during the swing.I knew my right elbow was getting stuck & thus provided immediate improvement.

The pump broke after three pumps into blowing up the ball. The ball is tiny and of you’re a big guy, like me, it doesn’t fit between your arms. Also, trying to figure out how to shorten the lanyard takes an engineering degree. I tossed it.

Haven’t tried out the ball yet but the pump is worthless. Stopped pumping after three pumps. Have to air up with my compressor. If you don’t’ have another pump, I’d get something else.

This is a great training aid. I saw some people using these on Instagram and I thought it was a good cheap way to have that good form for the golf swing. It does help a lot. I've been using mine for a bit and it helps keep my arms at the right areas and following through. Wearing it around your neck to have easy access to it does take some time for me to get used to because it does bother my neck. But I was able to just place it between my arms without the neck band. This defin5heloe me hit my irons more consistently and straight. I have already bought another one for a friend who just started.their golf journey. It's a must for easy access training and getting that form. It comes deflated, but it does come with a pump to blow it up. And it's deflatable if you want to store it away. A definite buy to improve your game at a great price.

I have only used this a little. It is easy to use, works well to train you to keep your arms together.

Balls purchased already had tiny holes. They did not hold air for 2 minutes.Waste of time and money.
