It makes the deep lines around my mouth almost disappear. Its a thin gel and I apply a generous amount on my lines (one small pump is all you need). Let it dry thoroughly then apply moisturizer. It plumps the skin and really reduces the lines. I have several of these types of serums but this is my favorite. I really get results. Not expensive, lasts a long time. I only use it on mouth and forehead lines. I can feel it tighten my skin on my forehead. No smell.
