Guys, this thing is amazing. I've had chronic back pain from built up tension of sitting at a desk all day for my corporate job and nothing was helping it. I stretched a lot, did yoga, foam rolled, I even got this specific neck tool thing, and my upper back/shoulders/neck were not getting better! I bought this roller mainly for how compact and targeted it was, and it was the best decision. My back IMMEDIATELY started to feel so much better. Rolling our muscles out with rodo is SO easy to do - you can do it on the floor, against a wall, and i like to keep it against my back and work chair during the day sometimes too just for prolonged pressure. It feels soooo nice. Now I bring my rodo with my EVERYWHERE to quickly roll out my muscles when I need. The design is brilliant and the materials are suuuuper nice too; it just feels really nice to hold and use LOL. I tell everyone about rodo and so many of my friends have bought it themselves and love it! SOOO much better than any foam roller - it's super targeted yet soooo versatile!! One of my fav things to do is use it on the plane - you better believe I am glued to this thing every time I travel. rodo on-the-go! GET IT!!!!!!!

I absolutely love this 2-in-1 Roller! One of the best things about it is that you can use it as a connected peanut roller or separate for more targeted relief. It's like getting two massage tools in one. At home, I use it to loosen up my back and shoulders (and forearms) after sitting in front of a computer all day and typing. It works wonders on my legs after workouts. When I travel and am on the go, I just toss it in my bag: it is lightweight, doesn't take up too much space, and I don't know what kind of magic they put on the coating but it collects ZERO dust and dirt. It can go straight in my bag for relief anywhere I go.Super easy to use, versatile, and really helps me feel better every day. I was looking for a muscle recovery/relief tool to use before and after climbing workouts. I found the rodo roller and its been awesome!Super convenient that its both a peanut and single ball. Really easy to bring on the go, and I'd recommend for anyone needing muscle relief. I actually have 2, I keep one at the gym and one at home.Started using it on flights as well and its been a game changer. Really saves my lower back!

I laid on two lacrosse balls and roll on the floor to crack and straighten my back. This makes it easier to have the balls stay the same distance, because using two separate balls always caused them to wiggle out of place. The only thing I wish for is adjustable distance; For the high price, the middle rod should allow for a wider and narrower adjustments!

The media could not be loaded. The product is great. I like how it’s versatile how you can takeoff the parts use it separately, but also use it as a roller. The only thing is to pay attention to the amount of firmness that you want. I think I probably should’ve gone with the soft one instead of the medium, since it is quite firm.

Love the product. Impressed by the quality. Appreciate the versatility to use as a ball or a multi-point roller. Discovered it from a post on LinkedIn and bought the blue one from their site. Has really helped when I strain my back strength training. Picked up the softer one here to get a feel for a different hardness level. Good to have a couple around the house or maybe one in the car for long drives.

I have the yellow one and decide to get the geeen for a little more firmness. It’s great to get deep in the areas a roller can’t. I take it with me when I travel and use it in the car on long car rides for my back and hamstrings.
