Inexpensive? Yes. Cheap? No.
Even though you can buy CAT-T pouches like this one for two or three times the price, there is no need to. This pouch is very well made and works perfectly to hold a CAT-T and pair of full size trauma shears. It offers several different mounting options, you can hook it on a belt, attach it to a backpack strap, or even mount it on a plate carrier or vest/chest rig. Don't be concerned with the low price, just order it and take the win.

Good Quality
This is one of those things you buy and hope you never use. Like a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and a side arm, you never really want to use it, but when you need it, you need it to function flawlessly. This holds a tourniquet that serves as a tool to stop bleeding. It needs to hold it securely, so you don't lose it. And, it needs to release it in a predictable and reliable fashion when you pull on it. The first few practice runs went well, but there were a few loose thread ends that needed to be burned off afterwards. Overall, it seems to be of good quality.

Not a bad choice
It's probably not combat field durable but is adequate for casual hiking/hunting use. Function is fine.

Nice holder for TQ
Mounted on my grab handles in Jeep.

Very Durable!
The media could not be loaded. I've been a Firefighter/EMT for over 20 years and this tourniquet is as quality and strong as any I've used. We actually carry them in our Fire Trucks. We actually carry 2 in our jump bags and 6 in our triage bags. Very easy to apply and very quick to deploy.

Great value.
Great value for a TQ holder. For anyone that’s saying it fits loose when using the Molle on a vest… weave it back and forth from the Molle on the vest and the loops on the back of the TQ holder. It will fit snug against the vest and even stay in place if the snap should pop open.

Snap broke on first use - free replacement works perfectly
The bottom snap on the molle attachment broke when trying to unsnap it to fasten to the webbing on my IFAK. I guess I should expect to pay more for one that actually works.Update:Requested a replacement and it arrived in two days for no charge. It attached to the vehicle (back of seat) IFAK with no issues. SAM XT tourniquet fits fine and it looks to be exactly what was needed.

Decent quality, poor product planning
First let me say that these items shipped quickly and arrived as expected. The snaps on both the units I bought were fine and I unsnapped and resnapped a dozen or so times when testing them on gear. Quality seems decent enough. I would have had no worries running it for the limited purpose I had....that said....I bought 2 of these to attach to the outside of a Tactical Tailor First Responders Bag. The vertical strap is too long and because of this it flops. I tried on the front of the bag which only has 2 sections of webbing (3 spacing) and the back which has 6. Regardless of location the strap was too long even when properly weaved. The horizontal straps seem fine but I'm not a fan of that angle of carry on a belt and I bought these for a bag.The reviews were mixed so I gave it a shot. I will not be using these and since I opened then I won't be returning them, I'll find a place to sell them cheap. They weren't much but you get what you pay for. I would avoid these unless you have a specific purpose in mind that doesn't involve vertical mounting.
