The media could not be loaded.  This got delivered on 22nd June 2020. On day 1 when I started practicing, I felt this is very tough and is only meant for people who practice or train in boxing. But thought of giving it a shot and practice daily atleast for 10 mins. 5mins in the morning and 5 mins in the eve. That way brain will get used to the reflexes. I am amazed to see how our brain adapts so fast. Now standing on 25th June I am able to hit the ball without a miss atleast for 50+ times in a row. Thats a tremendous improvement from the first day failure, when i could not even hit it thrice in a row. So my suggestion is this product is worth to buy and practice our reflexes and focus. The quality of the product is also good considering the price and should last for sometime for sure.

The product is great for beginners looking to experiment and not spend a lot on boxing equipments.Personally I am a Taekwondo and I had fun with it as it improved my punching reflexes and speed.But the cost could have been reduced, the entire product would even cost 100 rupees.

Bought it for my nephew and believe me he's to happy to use it and I have seen him with visible change in his concentration and the way he boxx with it. He loved and and he enjoy his free time in boxing practice on it.

Don't buy this product, It contains a foam ball that weighs around 5-10g and a non stretchable thread. Go for any good brand or check the ball weight before buying (it should be around 150g). They also don't have any return policy.
