I have used this supplement in the past and it has worked great. Currently trying another kidney supplement. With all the toxins that is put in the air and the different things they put in process foods along with the over the counter pain relievers, along with certain medications that doctors prescribe / blood pressure meds, I do my best to keep my kidneys and liver clean, because everything filters through them. This product may not be for everyone. I can only speak from my experience which there has been times where my creatine was elevated due to medication. This supplement really helped in keeping my creatine in range. It just keep getting more expensive and that's why I'm using a different different product. I am a firm believer in preventive care for your body instead of taking prescribed drugs that make you sicker with their side affects instead of healing you. Got for my mother in law she was having pain and has even helped with the pain. The pill size is not large nor a bad smell even. They are working so the job will by more after gone.

I purchased this product as I had seen it recommended on U-Tube by a person that took the product and said he had positive results.For me, it did not work, and in my case actually made me ill. I tried it and was ill, went off the product and I started to feel better. It took several days to have it out of my system Went back on it and back to a flu like symptoms.I am only reporting this as I thought it would not have any negative symptoms, but for me it does not work.....

Luckily, I’m happy with this product and plan to continue taking it. No weird smells and the size is pretty standard. I take it 20 minutes before I eat for maximum effect.
