Not receiving refund
I returned this mattress because it is very hard, matter was collected by them and I received token for collection but still they are showing items was not return by customer and not giving refund. Really disappointed with amazon customer service.

Rubbish
Don’t waste your money the mattress is hard and lumpy, worse than the mattress I am replacing, I would return but they are charging to return dose not say how much just that they would take out of refund, such poor quality
