I bought this for my son and it has helped us both diffuse tough emotional situations before they get out of control. I had heard of EFT before, but never knew I could use it with/for my kids. The way it is introduced in this book makes it fun and easy. I would recommend this to any parent, especially those having behavioral, emotional, anxiety, or any other issues with their kids.

As an author of children's books and a retired teacher, I love this book! Bonnie Foust has great insight. Her parents showed me the book and I instantly realized the impact it could have on children AND adults. Thank you Ron and Mary Heckman.

My kids love this book and they love Essie the bear, they found at home after they read the story. They have a special place in the living room for her, so everyone can share Essie! Thank you for making these tools!
