As a college student, I don’t always have time to go to the gym and this is something that i’m glad I’ll have when my semester begins! There are different levels of resistance which helps as not every muscle has the same strength and I love that it comes with great quality attachments as I’ve dealt with gym equipment that hasn’t been as great. The thicker bands are great as they work out my legs very well(I’ve been an athlete my whole life so trust me). Lastly I love that it comes with a jump rope as I always need some. This comes with everything you could possibly need to meet any goals of yours at home! I can’t stress this enough:) I can’t wait to try their pre workout and protein powder and i’ll be sure to order it now that I see how much care is put into their products!

I received this at home work out kit a full day earlier than expected which was already awesome. Everything was packaged so neatly and the Xeela box it came in was also really high quality.My girlfriend and I plan to use this every day as there are different resistance levels for each product in the box.If you were to individually price out every item in the box from the jump rope, wrist straps, resistance bands, squat bands, etc. you’d easily find your total over $80 so this is a steal.Not to mention, it comes with the work out and meal plan! All of the pieces of equipment are amazing don’t get me wrong, but the value of having a work out plan is honestly priceless. I’m so excited about this.I’m super happy about the order and plan to recommend this to all of my gym rat friends looking for high quality, good looking equipment.

The media could not be loaded.  I’ve been following XEELA for a while and had mainly stuck to the protein, ACV, and pre. I decided to check out the workout guide and the kit. It was hard to justify at first with a gym having similar accessories but these are on a WHOLE DIFFERENT LEVEL! The hip bands quality is the best I’ve seen, the resistance band offer a wide range of strengths for any type of workout, and my favorite is the jump rope. I’ve been using it 5 days a week before my runs to warm up. The handles are the perfect weight. There are so many workouts I didn’t even know I could do at home mentioned in the guide. Can’t recommend this enough for all my gym rats!
