It does what it’s meant to do.

I use 5 HTP to aid with sleeping, I take two and night and it knocks me out as I always have trouble sleeping, i also find that it’s great for my moods especially around my cycle time, I can get quite irritable but I’ve been taking these for 4 months now and they defo help

Have used this produce twice and it has helped me with dropping off to sleep. I still wake up two or three times in the night but managed to drift back off. Not sure if that is the supplement still working but if so then it has been worth the money.
