this set is very good value for money. the derma roller is good for stimulating the blood supply to the scalp, and while it feels prickly, it's not painful.the oil has a really lovely fresh scent, with the mint being a prominent part of the scent, and giving a refreshing sensation on the scalp. lavender, rosemary, mint and ginger are all wonderful essential oils to stimulate the scalp and help maintain scalp health, as I know from my background working with skincare and haircare.the massage brush is a little firmer than others I've tried, but still feels lovely and relaxing to use, and again, helps to boost circulation, which in turn, helps keep hair follicles healthy. the brush could be a LITTLE more ergonomic in the hand, but the post fits nicely between your fingers.at this price this is quite a bargain.

She has long hair and says that she can see and feel an improvement in her hair care as a result of regular use of the massager and oil.

Really noticed a difference to the health of my hair. It's not ratty or broken an does appear to feel alot thicker since using. I have been using for at least a month. Not much in the way of growth as of yet but the health for me is more important.I've added a before photo from a few years ago (I usually have my hair up) to show you the health difference. My hair was flat full of split and lacked luster. However my hair now has never felt better. I've struggled with slow growing hair for a while now and tried many oils and supplements to try to recreate the mane I had in my younger days :).I wanted to try this beautifully presented kit to see if it would leave my hair fuller, thicker, feeling a little healthier and more moisturised (these were my main test criteria when reviewing the product)..following a few days of trialling and working it in to my normal wash and condition routine, I think I have definitely seen some improvement in the condition, my hair just feels like it has more texture and shine.The oil has a very pleasant and refreshing herbal scent.It is a lightweight oil that hasn't left any residue after use and post shampooing.The massager is very relaxing to use on my scalp.I haven't tried the roller as I have long hair and I am not too sure about using it - think it could be great for shorter hair styles potentially?I am a fan of taking hair and skin supplements, but in all honesty I haven't tried the tablets because I couldn't find the 'suitable for vegetarians / vegans certification' on the pack - not all Biotin or gel capsule casing is suitable for us, if it was marked and it was okay for me, I would definitely be trying them out.Overall though I am very happy with this lovely hair care kit, its a really nice product and has improved the health of my hair.
