New BalanceMen's FuelCell 990 V6 Sneaker

After spending like 2 months watching reviews on Youtube, and Tiktok and reading many Reddit posts, I decided to buy this pair of shoes. I spent much time researching because I knew the sizing of these was hard to get right. I'm an 8.5 true to size in Vans, Converse, Reebok, Adidas and Nike sneakers, but I bought an 8 (Wide) for the New Balance 990v6. They fit really well with this combination, I don't have wide feet but most people were saying that these are a bit narrow in the standard version, so I decided that I prefer to have a bit more room on the bridge. But I have to say, even going half-size down they fit a little big, so I think I could have gone with a full size down in wide. But in terms of comfort, going half-size down and wide I think was a great decision! In person, they look really fancy compared to the rest of my other shoes. I attached a comparison so you can see the difference in size between my true-to-size shoes and these New Balance, I hope that helps!

These are quite comfortable and well made. Very expensive though.

This is my 5 th pair and still my favorite running/walking shoe. They are not cheap but worth it. Great support and comfort

It's the little things. The tongue is thinner cloth and the laces will bite into the top of your foot if you like them laced tight. The back of the heel could by a bit stiffer. Overall A comfortable, well made, really nice looking shoe.

Perfect fit and very well made shoe

Been wearing New Balance for probably 15 years. Originally, they were stellar, but I like each new version slightly less than the previous. V6 is a total disaster.1. They hurt from day one. Seem to be made for people with flat feet.2. The tongue is about half as thick as V5 and rolls up into a ball and digs into the top of my foot.3. They look terrible. Note to marketing -- more complicated is not prettier.4. They are smaller in "height" and the laces cannot be pulled tight. At the top, I've had to leave them open about 3 1/2 inches to be able to wear them without constant pain.Wish they could be returned and will be looking for another brand. This is probably my last pair of New Balance anything.

What can I say? This is my 2nd pair of 990s and I love them. There is a certain care that is taken when they make these shoes and the addition of the fuel cell just takes them to another level. They're stylish and are comfortable even wearing all day. Big thanks to New Balance to thinking of us wide-footers out here. Definitely a must buy for fans of New Balance and the huge plus is that they're made right here in the USA!!

Pedí la talla estándar de New Balance, ya que tengo pies de tamaño normal de ancho. Sin embargo, resultaron ser bastante estrechos y llegaron a resultar incómodos durante su uso. A pesar de la cómoda amortiguación de la pisada, no los consideraría apropiados para un uso diario. Si estás pensando en comprarlos y prefieres un poco más de espacio en la zona de los dedos del pie, te recomendaría buscar la versión 'Wide'.Tuve que devolverlos debido a mis preferencias personales.

Como siempre una chulada estos tenis, pero les recomiendo leer toda publicación completa de los tenis, cuando estuve buscando información del envío y la compra, no recuerdo exactamente dónde, pero vi que la talla decía “wide”, eso quiere decir que son más anchos de lo “normal”, el título del producto no menciona eso, ni en la descripción, así que, creí que eran talla D (regular) a lo ancho, en mi caso estuvo mejor porque tengo pies anchos, entonces, el espacio extra se agradece, pero si tienes pies normales, vas a sentir que te sobra algo de espacio a lo ancho y no se diga si tienes pies delgados, te van a nadar
