User impressed
I order this for my Aunt who wanted some peace of mind. She has used shower chairs in the past. She claims that this is one of the best designs she had seen. And she was very impressed with it. The delivery guy also offered to help her unbox it. She was able to do it herself and liked that it was ready, straight out of the box and foldable too.

Nice item
Item arrived within time scheduled. Item as expected, well packed. In use, realise that brakes to all four wheels would be better for our needs. But adequate for the job.

Not fit for purpose
The chair is well made and constructed however, in the product description, it states that the arms can be swung out to allow you to sit easier. When you swing the arms out, the seat is no longer stable and impossible to sit on!!! BEWARE, if you try to move the arms whilst sitting on it, IT WILL COLLAPSE.
