Forget The Ones You Find In Car Washes. Get This One
I have made the stupid mistake of buying the ones in the carwashes. Two different items and they both sucked. I bought this one and it keeps the ticket holder in it very tight. After I bought mine, my father, brother, and uncle all asked me to get one for them. It's worth the purchase. And remember, you can put more than just muni-meter tickets in it. I used it to display a parking garage receipt as well./

Prevents muni-meter ticket from flying away when you close the door or have the window open. I've gotten a parking ticket when I closed the trunk to my SUV and the ticket went flying into the seat good thing I was able to fight it but it was a hassle and another occasion the ticket flew out of the car when I had the window open while waiting for my wife shopping. I had to run after a flying piece of paper in a busy New York City street like a lunatic. Never again again!

It's just the ticket.
Just the Ticket. My new Volvo didn't have this kind of clip, which had been very practical on previous Volvo, and salesman said Volv didn't make them for this model any more. So I bought this, stuck it on the driver's side window, and now have a place to put my garage parking pass so the car won't be towed. Fully satisfied. Quick service, inexpensive. What's not to like?
